I listened to this today and the talk about Meshtastic really excited me. I live in rural East TX about 40 miles south of Tyler what has others experiences been trying to use it in more remote/wooded locals?

I’ve been sitting here with my shoes and socks on waiting to dip my toe in the Meshtastic water for a few months. This episode encouraged me to do so.
Will have my first Meshtastic device in hand tomorrow and surely my next in hand soon as I learn more.
The idea of creating an old school BBS or forum type of deal fully off-grid is really intriguing.
