I’ve heard this on Canadian shows too. They were comedy so it was meant to be a joke but they would say dub-dub-dubya.

There’s also a Canadian food chain called A&W that some people refer to as A&“dub”. The same chain hosts these classic car events for charity called “cruisin’ the dub”.

It’s definitely around where I’m from.

It’s reasonably common in NZ to say dub-dub-dub for www. but I refuse to; USA butchers the English language enough with it’s spelling, without me contributing to it’s entropy. :grin:

Fish cake on Origin USA’s made in America joggers.

We have that chain here in the U.S. also, though they are more famous for their root beer.
