I would love to go – but it always seems to fall on my anniversary and I haven’t been able to convince my wife that this is a trip she’s looking forward to. If it ever hits a different weekend, I’ll make plans. But not this year.
Alas, sadly I am not going to be in attendance this year. Going to miss it. I just relocated to California – and sadly not in time for SCaLE this year. Looking forward to checking out my first SCaLE next year and will try to do remote this year for SELF. If I do get to travel back east next year in June, I am going to try to make it coincide with SELF.

I think the all the years that I have attended it has been on the same weekend. However, Charlotte does offer a lot. Might be able to take in some events, dinner, etc alongside. I do hope you make it sometime. Although I am typically a wallflower, I have found it to be nice regular pressure valve for getting inspired, getting away, getting a little connected with others.
