Making KDE look like Garuda Dragonized

So… How could one make KDE look like Garuda dr460nized?
It’s beautiful and I liked using it…

until I went to install things and update and nothing worked due to version conflicts in the packages updates…

which, for me, is par for the course with anything arch based (which is why I don’t use Arch, or Manjaro, Endeaver, and now Garuda), but would love to make Kubuntu look like it!

So any ideas on how to do this???

I’m not a kde user, but i think this will do the trick?

Look for themes, by going to system options and picking “Get More X” in category that interests you. You’re likely to find something fitting.
