I’m login for an app that is like iTunes that does music syncing for Android devices.
Requirements:
- Main priority is syncing them based on playlists, along with the playlist themselves
- a friendly GUI
- (optional) wireless syncing
Any recommendations?
If you have possession of the files, I would try plexamp. Feature packed. Allows me to access all my music on my mobile devices, as easily as I play music on my desktop.

Sounds like both of the recommendations require a server-side based on Plex and Jellyfin, respectively?
That’s something I can work on in the future once I upgrade my Nextcloud server, I guess.
Yes, on Plex. That’s why I was saying that you’ll need possession of the music files. I run plex in a docker container on an old desktop and have had a wonderful experience using it. It is our go-to media server.
