Hi everyone, I need some help making a good privacy policy to protect me from liability, and generally stating I only use what is absolutely necessary.
I’m in the process of creating a Nextcloud instance for public use (eventually asking for money from patreon to support the cost). Server side encryption is enabled, and storage is on Wasabi (I’ll be linking their privacy policy as well).
Anybody familiar with privacy polices? Anybody have a simple, decent version of one I can modify?
Also need a Terms of Service, as if there is a DMCA take down request, or illegal material, I don’t want it on my service, but I won’t be actively looking for it.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I’m a sysadmin and developer by trade, so the legal stuff isn’t really my thing.
