Frodo emulator installation on Windows uses Pacman

Okay, so this is a new one for me.

The source code for the C64 emulator is available at GitHub.

But to install on Windows it uses the MSYS2 Environment which runs a modified version of Cygwin to install using Pacman.

Guess some are thinking this still a development release and once it is considered stable it might get the standard Windows installation file.

The novelty of using Arch infrastructure for a development environment on Windows just threw me.

edit: I am wondering how much this could indicate a Linux first development model for the future. If Windows looses it’s development community, what that means long term..

okay, a few ideas I am throwing around there, and not all of them are connecting.
