Forum problems with new users applying

** the confirmation emails for discourse (this forum) are not working** 3 team mates at work never got them, 1 got it 2 days late and probably never joined, I initially tried 3 times and got the confirmation after few days.

one of my friends ask for help in the official element / matrix / riot forum and never got answer.

Yes I had that problem email confirmation arrived close to 20h after I applied first one did not work it said the activation link expired, next one the next day again received after 8AM worked and I joined yesterday.
