Comparing the Fairphone 3+ camera to the Fairphone 3?

This is going to be a bit of an eye roller for the camera geeks but I have NO idea if these cameras are so similar in performance it’s not worth mentioning. It’s also been hard to get meaningful side-by-side reviews.

Will the 48MP version do better low light pictures or detail if it’s ultimately ending up as 12MP? Thanks in advance.
