Please remember that the more specific you are in explaining the issue the more likely it is that someone can help you. It is also important to remember that these are all community volunteers and they may not be able to reply to you in a timely manner.
If you have an urgent issue that can’t wait you may want to contact your distro or software maintainer/developer directly.
