I was thinking about how earlier this year everyone was talking about the data collection/possible selling the new owners of Audacity were putting into the program. I made sure to install an earlier version on my computer but since the week when it was the biggest story in the FOSS world has there been any new info to come out?
Muse group who acquired Audacity pulled back on the telemetry enablement after the community outcry. It’s safe…for now =)
