Recommended Thunderbolt 3 dock?

Does anyone have any recommendation for a good Thunderbolt 3 dock?

I’m looking for ones where you don’t actually dock a laptop, so it’s connected via Thunderbolt 3 cable.

Also, has anyone used this product before? It says they support Chromebooks, but they don’t actually support Linux in general. I mean, WTF?

Strongly recommend the companies Tripp-Lite, Anker and Startech in that order though you can’t go wrong with Dell, Belkin, Pluggable, ect. Any of those docks will be proper quality. Just enter their name next to “Thunderbolt dock”.
