I agree with your opinion on Ubuntu Touch on RasPI…
I think @kernellinux was so focused on the Phone side of things, I think he forgot that Ubuntu Touch can be used on a tablet (Such as a Nexus 7) - and having it on the PI gives a user the ability to actually create a way to write their code on the same device they are testing on as well…
