I would go for a DLN distro that had a custom Layout Manager. The user could switch between the following layout/theme combos:
Rocco - pixel perfect… (just like Pop_os.)
Ryan - still looks like pop_os
Noah - default kde and backs itself up every 30 seconds
Michael - looks like HML or Mint (as you already figured)
Jill - it’s all… pink n’ penguinny?
Zeb - Ascii widgets, of course.

The DLN Distro has to be based on Bedrock Linux. Not only three different package managers but also 3 different distros automatically included in the default installation.
The path to commands which are common across all three distros is decided by random each time it is called.

A Arch based Distro like Arco Linux with the Calamares installer with DLN suggested apps.

All further packages must be added using Linux from Scratch method.
I have to agree with some of these posters… the Brown and Orange color scheme was pretty cool.
