Since I enabled flathub on my Ubuntu installation, I get attached update notification everyday. It is normal?
- Distribution & Version : Ubuntu 19.04)
- Kernel information : 5.0.0-29-generic
- When did the issue start happening? Since adding flatbub
- What steps do you take that cause the problem? EVery time I log in, I get the notification.
I know this is the obvious question but have you ran the update manager or used the terminal to run:
sudo apt update
then
sudo apt upgrade
apologies if this is too obvious but you didn’t say if you have done this in your post. If you have not updated and upgraded until now if you run these commands or use the update manager, once the updates are installed this message should go away. I personally use the terminal as that sometimes resolves issues that running the update manager does not. I hope this helps.
Thanks for replying. This message just appears after logging in. I don’t run any update commands on terminal.
So you might want to run those commands to see if this resolves the issue, I can see in the screen shot that nothing is showing in the program update but running those commands in terminal may resolve the issue
Thanks for your help. Appreciated.
